Jewel Crafting Leveling Guide

What to Make: Jewelcrafting 1-50, Apprentice Jewelcrafter
  • Start by crafting 20 Delicate Copper Wire; don't sell or destroy them as they will be used later. Craft 20 [Delicate Copper Wire]
    Required Materials:
    40 x [Copper Bars]

  • Next, you'll want to craft 10 Rough Stone Statues. This should get you to skill level 30. Craft 10 [Rough Stone] Statues
    Required Materials:
    80 x [Rough Stones]

  • Next, you'll want to craft 20 Tigerseye Bands. This should get you to skill level 50. Craft 20 [Tigerseye Bands]
    Required Materials:
    20 x [Delicate Copper Wire]
    20 x [Tigerseye]

  • Once you hit skill level 50, talk to the Jewelcrafting trainer and train Journeyman Jewelcrafting. This will allow you to skill up to level 150 and requires level 10.
What to Make: Jewelcrafting: 50-125, Journeyman Jewelcrafter

  • Start by crafting 30 Bronze Settings. This should get you to skill level 75. Craft 30 [Bronze Settings]
    Required Materials:
    60 x [Bronze Bars]

  • Next, craft 5 Solid Bronze Rings. This should get you to skill level 80. Craft 5 [Solid Bronze Rings]
    Required Materials:
    20 x [Bronze Bars]

  • Next, craft 30 Rings of Silver Might. This should get you to skill level 110. Craft 30 [Rings of Silver Might]
    Required Materials:
    60 x [Silver Bars]

  • Next, craft 10 Heavy Stone Statues. This should get you to skill level 120. Craft 10 [Heavy Stone Statues]
    Required Materials:
    80 x [Heavy Stone]

  • Next, craft 30 Pendant of the Agate Shields. You will need to buy the limited supply design for this from Innkeeper Abeqwa, Jandia or Rau Cliffrunner in Freewind Post, Thousand Needles(Horde). Neal Allen in Menethil Harbour, Wetlands(Alliance). This should get you to skill level 150. Craft 30 [Pendant of the Agate Shields]
    Required Materials:
    30 x [Moss Agate]
    30 x [Bronze Settings](You crafted these earlier)

  • Once you hit skill level 150 speak with the Jewelcrafting trainer and learn Expert Jewelcrafting. This will allow you to skill up to 225 and requires level 20.
What to Make: Jewelcrafting: 150-225, Expert Jewelcrafter
What to Make: Jewelcrafting: 225-300, Artisan Jewelcrafter
  • Now that you are an Artisan Jewelcrafter, craft 50 Thorium Settings. This should get you to skill level 250. Craft 50 [Thorium Settings]
    Required Materials:
    50 x [Thorium Bars]

  • Next, you will want to craft 5 Red Rings of Destruction. This should get you to skill level 255. Craft 5 [Red Rings of Destruction]
    Required Materials:
    5 x [Star Ruby]
    5 x [Thorium Settings] (Use the ones you crafted earlier)

  • Next, you'll want to craft 10 Truesilver Healing Rings. This should get you to skill level 265. Craft 10 [Truesilver Healing Rings]
    Required Materials:
    20 x [Truesilver Bars]
    20 x [Heart of the Wild]

  • Next, you'll want to craft 15 Simple Opal Rings. This should get you to skill level 280 Craft 15 [Simple Opal Rings]
    Required Materials:
    15 x [Large Opal] (Tip: If you can't find these on the Auction House try prospecting Thorium Ore)
    15 x [Thorium Settings] (Use the ones you craft earlier)

  • Next, you'll want to craft 10 Sapphire Pendants of Winter Night. This should get you to skill level 290. Craft 10 [Sapphire Pendants of Winter Night]
    Required Materials:
    10 x [Essence of Undeath]
    10 x [Blue Sapphire] (Tip: If you can't find these on the Auction House try prospecting Thorium Ore)
    10 x [Thorium Settings] (Use the ones you crafted earlier)

  • Next, you'll want to make 10 Emerald Lion Rings. This should get you to skill level 300. Craft 10 [Emerald Lion Ring]
    Required Materials:
    20 x [Huge Emerald] (Tip: If you can't find these on the Auction House try prospecting Thorium Ore)

  • At this point you will want to find a Master Jewelcrafting trainer and learn how to be a Master Jewelcrafter. This will allow you to reach skill level 375 and requires level 50.
    A Master Jewelcrafting trainer can teach you to become a Master Jewelcrafter. Some are listed below.
